US: $4.95 per order Second DAY DELIVERY (2 business days delivery time)

UK: $3.50 STANDARD SHIPPING tracked for UK orders (3-7 days delivery time)

UK: $5.50 per order NEXT DAY COURIER DELIVERY (ordered before midday, signature required, excl. Saturday, not available for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands)
